There is 1 online class, taught in Greek, every Wednesday at 19.15 UK time. Once you buy the bundle, you will receive an email with the zoom link before each class, until your package has been used up. Every class is recorded. You also have the option to use your bundle, or part of it, to buy the recording of one or more classes when you can't join live - just send me a message with the date(s) you want a replay for. That’s the best way for those of us who have a busy schedule. And many people prefer this way!
A class is a way to relax, rejuvate, tone and learn tools which will help you cope with the struggles of life. It's a mix of posture - movement, combined with breathwork and intention, music, mantras, meditation and mindfulness.
